This site is currently under construction. There may be a few test articles that appear here, but I am not allowing any submittals at this time and the cataloging system will most likely be undergoing several changes as the site is developed.
Once this site is running it will provide a location for free publishing of papers, articles, howtos, fiction and really any other type of publication possible. It will be open to anyone with the caveat that every submittal will be reviewed prior to being published. The stress will be on quality over quantity.
